By purchasing advertising services from Radius Ads (operated by SDNetwork), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
Radius Ads provides digital advertising display services in community recreation centres across Ontario. Your purchased advertising will be displayed on digital screens located within the venues you select during the checkout process.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your campaign will begin once payment is confirmed and your creative materials have been approved.
You are responsible for providing creative content that meets our technical specifications. All content is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject content that:
Campaign start dates begin from the date your creative is approved and uploaded to our system. The duration runs consecutively from this date for the number of months purchased.
Impression counts are estimates based on venue foot traffic and screen rotation schedules. Actual impressions may vary based on venue operating hours, special events, and other factors beyond our control.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following circumstances:
No refunds will be issued for campaigns that have already begun unless due to issues on our end.
Radius Ads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the advertising services.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your advertising campaign. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services.
